Super Practical

I’ve never been a gym person, I’ve never had my own gym membership! But, DNA fitness changed my views on the gym! I love that the workouts are 30 minutes of intense work out. The hours are reasonable. It super practical for me, since I have two little ones waiting for me at home. The coaches are all great! They treat us beginners and pros with the same expectation, the coaches correct your form in a very respectful way, and push you to bigger weights because they know you can do it. I love that we work on all areas of the body & that they offer weekend classes. If I can do it, anyone can do it!
